Meet Our Staff

Lee Cedra, Lic. Pastoral Counselor; Annette Peterson, Lay Counselor; Randy Wilkins, Lay Counselor; Pat Ryan, Grief Counselor
Lee Cedra is a State licsensed Clinical Social worker. She holds a Masters degree in Christian Counseling as well as a license in pastoral counseling. Lee has 25 years of counseling experience. She works with couples, individuals and families in a wide range of areas. She is a member of the National Christian Counseling Association as well as the National Clinical Social Workers Association.
Annette Peterson is a full time Speaker and Bible study teacher. She has been speaking to ladies groups for over a decade. It was during this time that she saw God was preparing her for yet another ministry…counseling. Annette is currently working towards a Biblical Counseling certification, She has a heart for those who are hurting and wants them to to know they can find peace and healing through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Randy Wilkins was ordained an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 1993. He has served for fifteen years in pastoral ministry as a Youth Pastor and Church Planter/Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor. Randy’s approach to counseling can best be described by Hebrews 4:12, “for the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”
Pat Ryan’s life was tragically changed in July of 1999 with the sudden death of their oldest son, Jeff. She has served in various positions of grief support to others in this past nine years. Her involement has included Bereaved Parents USA, St. Louis’ Healing the Broken Hearted Grief Conference, Griefshare and Mid America Transplant. Facilitating grief support groups, speaking to groups of 10 to 900, helping to organize national gatherings, workshops and conferences, and helping individuals process are some of the few areas of outreach which have allowed for her own healing.
